You'll be responsible for

Managing Service Plan operations
Overseeing end-to-end Service Plan operations, including retailer submission monitoring and approvals, fleet queries, and invoicing processes.📋
Coordinating service operations
Preparing and distributing bulletins, ensuring accuracy of information for customers and retailers, and assisting with general service/parts enquiries.🌐
Supporting digital customer experience
Building Digital Extras information, assisting with digital messaging, and preparing digital performance reports to enhance the customer journey.Key criteria
