You'll be responsible for

Organising and scheduling service activities
Manage and schedule regular field service activities in pest control to ensure timely service delivery.⏳
Ensuring technician visits are timely
Load all Service Technician visits within set time frames and report variances to the line manager.📞
Responding to customer inquiries
Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding service, arranging necessary non-routine service calls as required.Key criteria
