This job is about leading and continually improving the organization's Service Request Management practice. The Service Request Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that service requests are delivered efficiently and consistently, while also driving automation and process optimization. Collaboration with business stakeholders and support teams is key to achieving service excellence.

You'll be responsible for

Managing service request processes

Own and manage the Service Request Management process across the organization, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.

Improving fulfilment workflows

Design and improve end-to-end request fulfilment workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Supporting incident management

Support Incident Management processes and assist in coordinating major incidents and stakeholder communications.

5+ years of experience in IT Service Management environments.
