You'll be responsible for

Driving service sales growth

Identifying new market opportunities, engaging customers on Leica service offerings, and proposing technically and commercially sound service contracts.

Managing service quotations

Overseeing funnel forecasting, pricing reviews, and order follow-up to ensure accurate revenue planning and timely Purchase Orders.

Coordinating end-to-end service execution

Tracking open cases, collaborating with field service teams and partners, escalating issues as needed, and driving continuous process improvements.
