Managing high-volume phone calls
Overseeing and redirecting a large volume of phone calls from care partners, finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.🤝
Providing professional customer service
Delivering exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and responding to inquiries in a timely manner, enhancing client satisfaction.📂
Delivering broad administrative support
Handling various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support the team's operations.Key criteria

Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
Possession of relevant qualification or proven experience in administration.View
