You'll be responsible for

Participating in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle

Engaging in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure successful implementation.

Designing and configuring ServiceNow modules

Customizing modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD based on business needs to optimize functionality.

Developing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems

Utilizing REST, SOAP, and other technologies to create seamless connections with enterprise systems.
