Delivering assessment and case management services

Providing high quality assessment, case planning, and case management services to support offenders and remandees, promoting safe and humane management within the correctional environment.

Facilitating group programs

Facilitating accredited and approved group programs for offenders within the correctional centre and, where required, in community settings.

Providing crisis intervention

Responding effectively to critical or crisis situations, offering support and referrals to offenders experiencing significant difficulties.

Key criteria

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Possession of qualifications in social work, psychology, or human services.

Demonstrated experience managing complex welfare and intervention cases.
