Responding to fault and network queries

Respond to fault and network queries from NRMA business divisions in an informed and timely manner.

Drafting work orders

Drafting and distribution of work orders / scope documents.

Monitoring the charging network

Monitor the NRMA charging network and respond appropriately to faults.
