Assisting both the Retail Banking channel and Business Development Managers to drive asset growth and attract new customers.

Nurturing long-term relationships with small business customers to enhance client satisfaction.

Maintaining a compliant portfolio

Ensuring that the portfolio remains compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
