Focusing on support and maintenance related client interactions while effectively managing within contracted service level timeframes.

Developing strong customer relationships

Fostering collaboration and facilitating growth with customers.

Key criteria

4+ years of service desk support experience

Experience in L2/L3 support for healthcare applications.

MS SQL experience

Experience reading and writing SQL queries.
