You'll be responsible for

Providing technical support
Monitoring day-to-day operations of Network Operation Centers and ensuring system uptime meets service level agreements.⚠️
Escalating network incidents
Escalating any network incidents that cannot be resolved within specified timeframes to the relevant team members and working with them until the incident is resolved.📝
Documenting incidents
Documenting and recording steps taken towards resolution of an incident and adding this to the knowledge database for future reference.Key criteria

Demonstrated experience providing technical support in NOC environments.View
