You'll be responsible for

Supporting locomotive availability

Acting as the first point of contact for train crew and operational teams reporting rollingstock faults.

Performing fault triage

Performing fault triage, diagnosis and remote troubleshooting using approved procedures and systems.

Communicating effectively

Communicating effectively with train control, live run teams and maintenance partners.

Key criteria

🛠️

Trade qualification or technical certification

Possession of relevant qualifications for operational expertise.
