Act as the key technical partner for Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during renewal and upsell motions, leading technical deep-dives and product demonstrations.

Serving as the go-to product expert

Maintain an expert-level understanding of the UpGuard platform and be the technical authority for complex customer questions.

Architecting complex solutions

Design, scope, and validate deep technical solutions for customers, including robust API integrations.

Key criteria

🔧

3+ years in customer-facing technical roles

Experience in Solutions Consulting or similar roles is essential.

Knowledge of GRC platforms and security tools is crucial.
