Managing pre-sales cases
Manage assigned pre-sales cases to provide design, capacity checks, and cost guidance to various internal teams.🤝
Collaborating with Sales teams
Collaborate with the Sales team to scope and define technical solutions in response to customer opportunities and requirements.📝
Developing proposals
Develop, design, document, and deliver scopes of work, hour/cost estimates, and professional proposals that meet customer requirements.Key criteria
📚
Undergraduate degree in relevant field
Possession of a degree in Computer Science or TelecommunicationsView

Experience with networking technologies
Proven experience with routing, switching, WAN/LAN, and Wi-FiView

Network security knowledge
