You'll be responsible for

Managing pre-sales cases

Manage assigned pre-sales cases to provide design, capacity checks, and cost guidance to various internal teams.

Collaborating with Sales teams

Collaborate with the Sales team to scope and define technical solutions in response to customer opportunities and requirements.

Developing proposals

Develop, design, document, and deliver scopes of work, hour/cost estimates, and professional proposals that meet customer requirements.

Undergraduate degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications

Proven experience with routing, switching, WAN/LAN, and Wi-Fi
