You'll be responsible for

Leading the end-to-end implementation for new enterprise customers, building their processes from scratch.

Conducting training sessions

Leading training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize the product independently.

Key criteria

📊

8+ years in procurement or B2B SaaS

Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or customer management.
