You'll be responsible for

Providing ongoing support

Delivering exceptional support to all users of digital products, both at general and escalated levels, through multiple channels to meet service levels.

Maintaining and investigating processes

Monitoring and investigating electronic contribution processes and exception handling for customers, ensuring compliance and risk requirements are met.

Taking ownership of enquiries

Quickly identifying root causes of issues and providing effective solutions, while advocating for quality and enquiry resolution.
