About the job

As an experienced Solutions Strategy Architect at Palo Alto Networks®, you will guide the sales process by establishing the right strategic direction from the start. Your role involves direct customer interaction and providing strategic guidance to the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with sales, subject matter experts, and product management to effectively position technology.

You'll be responsible for

Providing technical pre-sales support

Offering technical support throughout the sales cycle, focusing on early and late stages to ensure customer satisfaction.

Conducting technical discovery sessions

Uncovering customer challenges and understanding their desired outcomes through collaboration with stakeholders.

Developing high-quality tailored technical content

Creating detailed solution diagrams and presentations that clearly communicate the value and functionality of solutions.
