Providing advisory support to clients on a broad range of employment, discrimination, workers compensation, and industrial relations matters.⚔️
Advocating in disputes
Advocating on behalf of clients in courts and industrial tribunals when disputes arise.🤝
Collaborating with colleagues
Collaborating with colleagues across the national Employment, Safety & Migration team to tackle diverse matters and clients.Key criteria
⚖️
6+ years in employment law
Demonstrated experience in employment and industrial relations law.View
🏛️
Litigation experience
Proven experience in litigation across various courts and tribunals.View
🛡️
Workers compensation knowledge
Experience in Workers Compensation within South Australian jurisdiction.View
