You'll be responsible for

Driving Aboriginal participation

Driving strong and measurable Aboriginal participation across projects by identifying opportunities early in the planning stage and ensuring contractors meet participation requirements.

Monitoring compliance

Monitoring contractor compliance with Aboriginal participation requirements and collecting supporting data and reports.

Managing reporting and risks

Managing analysis and consolidation of KPIs and performance data, benchmarking outcomes against approved plans to improve delivery.
