Executing and documenting technical engagements that advance the adoption and growth in consumption of Red Hat products.π
Conducting environment reviews
Conducting reviews of the customer's environment and applications to ensure they are well-architected following Red Hat product best practices.π§
Identifying technical blockers
Identifying and aggregating technical adoption blockers discovered across multiple customers into common patterns and sales play resources.What we're looking for
