You'll be responsible for

Delivering end-to-end administration
Own end-to-end administration for Investment Fund, Defined Benefit, and Lifetime Pension, including member onboarding and transaction handling.🧠
Acting as a subject matter expert
Serve as an SME and escalation point for complex retirement product matters, providing clear technical guidance.🔍
Investigating complaints
Investigate and remediate complaints, incidents, and escalations while supporting accurate year-end processes.What we're looking for

5+ years in financial services
Proven expertise in Investment Funds and Defined Benefit products.View
📜
Superannuation legislation knowledge
Ability to interpret super & tax legislation and policies.View

Strong understanding of SuperStream
Experience with clearing house capabilities and data validation.View
