Building effective relationships with clients

Creating empowering connections that uphold the National Family Violence Model of Care, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.

Providing case management support

Delivering tailored case management in line with The Salvation Army's standards, ensuring clients receive appropriate interventions.

Conducting ongoing assessments

Regularly evaluating client needs, risks, and circumstances from intake to exit, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their situation.
