You'll be responsible for

Managing end-to-end business operations tasks

Overseeing all aspects of business operations for R&D contracts, including approvals, vendor setup, contract execution, PO creation, and invoice resolution.

Drafting and preparing contract templates

Creating various contract templates in compliance with internal guidelines, ensuring all necessary legal and operational standards are met.

Collaborating with R&D stakeholders

Working closely with R&D teams to track and fulfill contractual obligations, ensuring all agreements are honored and responsibilities are met.

Contract administration experience

3+ years managing contracts in biotech or pharma.
