Managing end-to-end business operations tasks
Overseeing all aspects of business operations for R&D contracts, including approvals, vendor setup, contract execution, PO creation, and invoice resolution.📝
Drafting and preparing contract templates
Creating various contract templates in compliance with internal guidelines, ensuring all necessary legal and operational standards are met.🤝
Collaborating with R&D stakeholders
Working closely with R&D teams to track and fulfill contractual obligations, ensuring all agreements are honored and responsibilities are met.Key criteria

Contract administration experience
3+ years managing contracts in biotech or pharma.View
