Cost optimisation & value delivery

Identifying and delivering cost reduction opportunities across maintenance activities while ensuring safety and asset performance.

Stakeholder engagement

Working closely with Maintenance, Planning, and Finance teams to support and guide frontline leaders in understanding and managing costs.
