You'll be responsible for

Coordinating lifeguard and duty manager team

Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and training of all lifeguards.

Maintaining facilities

Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of La Trobe Sport facilities, including pool operations and equipment management.

Implementing policies and procedures

Ensuring compliance in emergency management and assisting with governance for accreditation programs.
