You'll be responsible for

Assuming departmental leadership and managing client engagements for medium to large scale healthcare systems.

Supervising team members

Providing direct supervision, coaching, and development to assigned employees in the Clinical Consulting Services team.

Conducting education and training

Leading education on coding, documentation, compliance, and consulting service delivery for clients.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree or higher

Required from an accredited institution for foundational knowledge.

Demonstrated experience in health information management and consulting.
