You'll be responsible for

Conducting routine maintenance tasks including network at risk assessments, field ticket management, and liaising with contractors.⚠️
Executing proactive maintenance
Monitoring triggers for service escalation and node health, and creating emergency change requests as needed.✅
Validating completed works
Reviewing and validating completed works and payment claims to ensure quality and accuracy.Key criteria

Telecommunications network assurance experience
4-5 years in HFC Access Networks with ITIL methodologyView

Proficiency in network performance management tools
Experience with Remedy, Netcool, Service Now, and othersView
