You'll be responsible for

Processing scheduling requests
Process high-volume Scheduling, Time and Attendance requests in UKG Pro, resolving access, approval and timecard issues.🔧
Investigating data errors
Investigate and correct data errors, performing manual fixes and form entries to maintain accurate workforce records.📞
Providing scheduling support
Provide scheduling support to stakeholders across the University, and follow up unapproved timecards with managers and departments.Key criteria
