Supporting services to implement the Journey to Independence Model of Care
Guiding teams in adopting and applying this model to enhance the care provided to young people.🤝
Providing reflective practice, coaching, and supervision support
Offering guidance and support to team leaders and practitioners to foster their professional growth.📈
Developing and delivering practice development plans
Creating tailored plans to enhance the skills and capabilities of staff across Youth Services.Key criteria
🎓
Degree in social work or psychology
Possession of a relevant degree for effective youth support.View

Extensive experience in therapeutic support
Demonstrated experience in case management for young people.View
