Supporting services to implement the Journey to Independence Model of Care
Guiding teams in adopting a framework that promotes independence for young people.💬
Providing reflective practice, coaching, consultation and supervision support
Offering guidance and support to team leaders and practitioners to enhance their practice.📈
Identifying training needs and delivering or sourcing tailored professional development
Assessing the skills of staff and providing opportunities for growth and learning.Key criteria

Degree in social work or psychology
Possession of a relevant degree is essential.View
