Supporting services to implement the Journey to Independence Model of Care
Guiding teams in adopting and applying this model to enhance the care provided to young people.💬
Providing reflective practice, coaching, consultation and supervision support to team leaders and practitioners
Offering guidance and support to enhance the skills and confidence of staff members.📈
Identifying training needs and delivering or sourcing tailored professional development
Assessing the skills of staff and providing or facilitating training opportunities to meet their needs.Key criteria

Degree in social work or psychology
Possession of a relevant degree is essential for practice.View
