Onboarding new team members
Undertaking and assisting with the onboarding and induction of team members new to JB or new to their job.📦
Leading product training
Leading product training programs to ensure the sales team is well equipped to demonstrate and sell existing and emerging product categories.🤝
Coaching customer service standards
