Providing expert advice
Providing accurate, timely expert advice, guidance, and support to students in-person and online regarding their studies.📋
Managing student enquiries
Responding to and resolving student enquiries through case management, while maintaining appropriate records.🎉
Supporting student engagement events
Collaborating with the relevant team to support student engagement events and ensuring campus facilities are conducive to a quality learning experience.What we're looking for
