You'll be responsible for

Delivering customer service

Deliver high-quality, professional, and compassionate customer service when managing incoming, outgoing, and internal calls via the Ballarat Base Hospital main switchboard.
🚨

Coordinating emergency announcements

Coordinate and broadcast emergency code announcements, ensuring clear, calm, and accurate communication during critical incidents.
🔔

Monitoring hospital alarms

Monitor and respond to hospital alarms promptly and professionally in accordance with procedures.
