Lead strategic workforce planning activities across a 3–5 year horizon, including workforce forecasting, capability assessments, talent supply and demand analysis, and future workforce planning.

Partnering with senior leaders

Partner with senior leaders to identify current and future workforce needs, translating business strategy into actionable workforce strategies and implementation roadmaps.

Building workforce planning methodologies

Build and refine workforce planning methodologies, frameworks, tools, and data models to support enterprise-wide decision-making.
