You'll be responsible for

Managing recruitment processes
Managing end-to-end high-volume recruitment for early careers positions, including workforce planning, shortlisting, interviews, assessment centres, offers, and onboarding.🤝
Building relationships
Building and maintaining relationships with high schools, universities, student societies, and professional bodies to enhance recruitment efforts.📚
Delivering programs
Delivering structured early careers vacation, undergraduate, and graduate programs, including coordination, facilitation of induction, and training workshops.Key criteria
