You'll be responsible for

Leading the development and implementation of Targeted Care Packages

Play a critical role in improving outcomes for children and young people with complex needs.

Providing leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team

Ensure the delivery of flexible, child-centred services that promote stability and nurturing living arrangements.

Overseeing program delivery and stakeholder engagement

Ensure services are responsive, innovative, and tailored to individual needs and goals.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualification

Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

Demonstrated experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
