You'll be responsible for

Coordinating meetings and teleconferences

Organising internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and logistics.

Processing supplier invoices

Handling all supplier invoices on PeopleSoft for department-related expenses.

Managing travel arrangements

Booking travel and accommodation, preparing travel agendas as needed.

Skills you'll need

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
