Ensuring site clinicians and staff are onboarded, offboarded, connected, recognised, and supported in line with Better Rehab policies and processes.🎉
Promoting a positive culture
Encouraging a culture of learning and collaboration while inspiring the team to maintain high performance.👥
Supervising allied health assistants
Overseeing site-based allied health assistants and ensuring appropriate utilisation of their skills.Key criteria

Bachelor's degree in allied health
Required degree in a relevant allied health profession.View
