Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages

Meeting KPIs

Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets

Handling inquiries

Support and handle walk-in, email & telephone inquiries efficiently and accurately

Customer service experience

Proven experience in customer service environments, driving sales.
