You'll be responsible for

Installing and maintaining equipment
Perform activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products.📞
Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support
Deliver remote and on-site support for incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.📦
Managing client equipment
