Performing activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.

Key criteria

Deskside support experience

Minimum 6 months in a deskside support environment.

Hardware and software troubleshooting skills

Proven skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
