You'll be responsible for

Performing installation and maintenance

Installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support

Delivering both remote and on-site support for incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
