You'll be responsible for

Support power-down planning, execution, and project management for new construction and refurbishment initiatives.

Overseeing preventive maintenance

Manage daily preventive maintenance of all building equipment and take on Engineering Manager responsibilities when needed.

Coordinating with vendors

Work with external vendors for repair and maintenance, ensuring quality assurance for all critical works.

5+ years in engineering management or senior facilities management.
