Technical background

Possess a technical background as an ex-engineer, tech lead, or deeply technical Technical Program Manager, capable of understanding architecture diagrams and system dependencies.

Experience in B2B SaaS

Have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, particularly during scale-up or hypergrowth phases, to navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate a track record of driving complex programs successfully, ensuring initiatives span multiple teams and functions.
