Identifying and implementing strategies
In conjunction with the Team Leader, identify, develop and implement effective strategies to support the achievement of key performance and remuneration measures, while delivering a strong customer experience.🔄
Supporting quality improvements
Identify, develop and support or implement new initiatives, quality improvements and continuous improvement activities across the team.🔍
Reviewing claims for fraud
Review and identify potential fraudulent claims to ensure integrity in the claims process.Key criteria
