Reviewing compliance
Reviewing and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, including the application and implementation of amendments.🤝
Developing relationships
Developing effective working relationships with claims teams to identify areas for operational improvement across multiple client portfolios.📊
Providing feedback
Providing regular advice and feedback to Case Managers and Team Leaders to improve overall quality of decisions relating to claims.Key criteria
📚
5+ years in personal injury claims
Experience managing claims under QLD workers compensation legislation.View
