Working with partners and staff to capture end-to-end business requirements for systems and processes, ensuring alignment with project management frameworks.🔧
Identifying process improvements
Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, while highlighting pain points and optimization opportunities.📄
Maintaining business requirements
Documenting and maintaining business requirements throughout the design and development process, ensuring a smooth handover to the business owner post-implementation.Skills you'll need

Business analysis
Solid experience in business analysis or technical analysis, particularly in legal and/or professional services, to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.🗺️
Process mapping
Experience with process mapping tools, such as flowcharting software or Unified Modelling Language, to visualize and improve business processes.🗣️
Communication skills
