You'll be responsible for

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working with partners and staff to capture end-to-end business requirements for systems and processes, ensuring alignment with project management frameworks.

Identifying process improvements

Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, while highlighting pain points and optimization opportunities.

Maintaining business requirements

Documenting and maintaining business requirements throughout the design and development process, ensuring a smooth handover to the business owner post-implementation.

Skills you'll need

Business analysis

Solid experience in business analysis or technical analysis, particularly in legal and/or professional services, to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Process mapping

Experience with process mapping tools, such as flowcharting software or Unified Modelling Language, to visualize and improve business processes.

Communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
