You'll be responsible for

Guiding and supporting interactions

Guiding and supporting carer and staff interactions with children and young people, ensuring effective communication and care.

Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans

Conducting assessments and developing therapeutic treatment plans tailored to the needs of children, young people, and families.

Providing therapeutic services

Providing therapeutic services, including Family Therapy, directly to children, young people, and families as required.

Key criteria

🎓

Relevant tertiary qualification

Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline.

Understanding of trauma impact

Thorough knowledge of trauma effects on child development.
