About the job

The Trainer & Assessor job is all about ensuring that workers are qualified, compliant, and ready for action on the Torrens to Darlington project. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining operational readiness through effective training and assessment programs. The team values proactive communication and collaboration, creating a supportive environment where everyone's growth is prioritized.

You'll be responsible for

Coordinating and scheduling VOC assessments

Ensure project workforce requirements and construction schedules are met.

Liaising with external RTOs

Facilitate completion, validation, and documentation of workforce competencies.

Maintaining accurate competency records

Ensure all assessment documentation is managed within organisational systems.

📜

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Possession of TAE or equivalent qualification is essential.
